Dress loud and proud for an explosion of colour, feathers, and frivolity. Start with and Ink Gin purple cocktail in the Glass House before the dazzling skate team and disco buggies escort you to our sprawling grounds and terrace (perfect for those sky-high heels!).
Let your taste buds dance with authentic Argentinian delights – from sizzling Black Angus rib eye and spiced prawn skewers to handcrafted empanadas at our Tango station. Feast on choripans and grilled provoleta as roving entertainers bring the Mardi Gras flair to life.
The celebration peaks in our magnificent Manor, where chandeliers sparkle from the ceiling above as Brett Rosengreen dazzles you with a burlesque performance. Indulge in a 2-course meal to tantalise the senses. As the drums beat and disco rhythms flow, lose yourself in an afternoon of pure carnival magic!
