Join us for One Night in Tokyo, where The Valley Estate will embrace the rich culture and traditional Japanese cuisine into modern culinary trends. Using the freshest produce, alongside artisan design to your plate, this special event is not to be missed.

Commence your journey with a Lychee Martini on arrival. Following this, warm your palette with Sake as you begin a 5-course menu. Each course will be paired with a specially selected Japanese Whisky. Your experience takes place in The Manor, under cherry blossom trees, where you will be on the edge of your seat with a Samurai Sword demonstration.

Hibachi Grilled Chicken Yakitori Skewer, togarashi.

Miso Glazed Cod, cucumber salad.

MB9 Wagyu Rib Eye, truffle butter, hibachi asparagus.
